Rejuran Price in Korea (2026): What Rejuran Healer Costs in Seoul and Gangnam

The Rejuran price in Korea for a standard 2cc Rejuran Healer session runs from about ₩190,000 to ₩290,000 with VAT, or roughly US$139 to US$216. That is the spread across six Seoul clinic listings we checked online on 14 October 2026, and it sits close to the ₩121,000-per-cc average published by the Gangnam Unni booking app. Downtime is short: most people have small bumps for one to three days. The bigger budget question is the series, because clinics usually suggest several sessions a few weeks apart.

Below: what Rejuran Healer in Korea costs per cc and per session, what the HB plus, i and S versions cost, how VAT works now that the tourist refund has ended, and how to fit a session into a trip.

What is the Rejuran price in Korea per cc and per session?

Korean clinics price Rejuran by the cc (1cc is 1 millilitre). A full face usually takes 2 to 3cc of Rejuran Healer, according to Gangnam Unni's Rejuran guide (updated 22 September 2026), which puts the average across its listings at ₩121,000 per cc, or about ₩242,000 for 2cc.

Here is what individual clinics listed for one 2cc Rejuran Healer session on 14 October 2026. Dollar figures use the European Central Bank reference rate for 13 October 2026, ₩1,341.45 to US$1 (Frankfurter/ECB), rounded.

What the table doesn't show:

• "From" prices are floors. Reberry quotes starting prices before VAT, and two of its own pages disagreed when we checked: ₩180,000 on its Gangnam page (updated 11 June 2026) and ₩240,000 on its main Rejuran page (updated 11 May 2026). Get the final figure in writing.
• App prices are mostly promotions. Discount labels of about 49% were common on Gangnam Unni, and listings change often.
• Sedation costs extra. Honesty Plastic Surgery in Sinsa lists optional sleep sedation at ₩220,000 on top of its 2cc Rejuran price (UNNI).
• More volume costs more, but not double. Thank You lists Rejuran Healer 4cc at ₩420,000 (about $313).

Gangnam Rejuran listings ran from about ₩198,000 (Reberry, once VAT is added) to ₩290,000; the cheapest regular price we found was in Yeongdeungpo. For a three-session course at these Seoul Rejuran Healer prices, budget about ₩561,000 to ₩870,000 (US$418 to US$649) before add-ons.

What do Rejuran HB plus, Rejuran i and Rejuran S cost?

The rest of the line is usually sold per 1cc. All prices below were listed as VAT-included, except the YOU&I option, which carried no VAT note.

Rejuran S was the hardest to find: one Seoul listing in our check. First-visit offers can go lower still. Reberry's Myeongdong branch advertises Rejuran i 1cc from ₩99,000 before VAT, for first visits only (Reberry).

Is VAT included, and can foreigners still get a tax refund?

Cosmetic and dermatology procedures in Korea carry 10% VAT. Some clinics quote it in, others add it at the desk, so ask before you pay.

Until the end of 2025, foreign tourists treated at registered clinics could claim that VAT back. Not anymore. The finance ministry's July 2025 tax plan said the special rule would end on 31 December 2025 (Newsis), and the National Assembly left it out of the tax bills it passed that December (Korea JoongAng Daily). Treatments from 1 January 2026 do not qualify.

Two bills would revive it. One, from Rep. Cho Gye-won, extends it through 2027 and was sent to a National Assembly subcommittee on 29 July 2026 (Hankyung). The other, from Rep. Lee Dal-hee, runs through 2029 (MTN). We found no report of either passing as of 14 October 2026, so budget for the full VAT-inclusive price. Is Rejuran cheaper in Korea than at home?

Per session, yes, by a wide margin.

Pound, Australian dollar and Singapore dollar conversions use the same ECB reference rates for 13 October 2026.

The catch is the series. A one-week trip fits one session, and follow-ups at home cost home prices. In the US, Rejuran is sold as skincare rather than as an injection, according to the Wall Street Journal as reported by Herald Economy.

What is Rejuran Healer, and how does it work?

Rejuran is made by PharmaResearch, a Korean company, and Rejuran Healer launched in Korea in 2014 (Daily Pharm). Its main ingredient is polynucleotide (PN): DNA fragments extracted from salmon reproductive cells, which is why it gets called a "salmon DNA" or "salmon sperm" injection (PharmaResearch). A doctor places PN in the dermis as dozens of tiny deposits. The goal is better skin quality: texture, fine lines, elasticity and the dewy finish Korean clinics call mulgwang, or "water glow".

How PN works in skin is not settled. A 2024 review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences says there is no objective mechanistic data for PN itself; the proposed mechanism is borrowed from PDRN, a related ingredient (Lee et al.). A systematic review of nine studies covering 219 patients, all of low to moderate quality, found promising results on wrinkles, texture and elasticity, with side effects generally mild and short-lived. Its authors asked for better trials (Lampridou et al.).

On regulation: Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) approved Rejuran i and Rejuran S in August 2016 and Rejuran HB plus in 2021, as reported by Daily Pharm (2016, 2021). Rejuran, Rejuran i and Rejuran S are on Australia's register as Class III devices (TGA), and Saudi Arabia approved the same three in February 2026 (Smart Today). In the US, the FDA's approval (PMA) and clearance (510(k)) databases returned no Rejuran records through openFDA on 14 October 2026 (PMA, 510(k)).

How many Rejuran sessions do you need, and how long do results last?

Clinics offering Rejuran in Seoul usually sell it as a series. Reberry suggests two to four sessions three to four weeks apart and judges results after the series (Reberry). A doctor-reviewed article on Doctornow, a Korean health platform, recommends at least three sessions four weeks apart, then a top-up every two to three months (Doctornow, 2023). An expert-opinion paper by authors who advise or work for PharmaResearch describes 2 to 4mL per session and three sessions four weeks apart for rejuvenation (Rho et al., 2026).

Results build gradually. Doctornow says one session's effect lasts around four weeks, varying by person, and the 2026 expert paper calls long-term data limited. Be wary of any clinic promising a year from one visit.

Does Rejuran hurt, and how long do the bumps last?

Rejuran Healer has a reputation for hurting; Gangnam Unni's guide calls it notorious for pain. Clinics apply numbing cream for 30 to 40 minutes (Reberry), and the injecting takes about 15 to 20 minutes (Fashion Journal). By hand, a doctor makes roughly 70 to 80 injection points (Doctornow, 2024).

Three ways clinics make it easier:

• Rejuran HB plus, which contains lidocaine.
• An injector device such as PharmaResearch's Rejumate, which places nine fine needles at a set depth to cut time and pain (Doctornow, 2024).
• Sedation, sold as "sleep Rejuran" at some clinics for an extra fee.

The bumps are small raised wheals where the product sits. Doctornow says most flatten the same day or within one to two days; Reberry says two to three days. One Seoul clinic tells patients swelling, bruising or bumps may last about a week (Essential Clinic).

How do you plan a Rejuran trip to Seoul?

• Book early in the trip. Rejuran Healer in Seoul is best scheduled in your first few days, so bumps have time to settle before photos or meetings. Three nights between treatment and anything important is a sensible buffer.
• Expect one session per trip. The three-to-four-week gap means a second session only works on a long stay.
• Skip the jjimjilbang. Essential Clinic's aftercare says to avoid saunas, hot springs, alcohol, smoking and hard exercise for a week, and to moisturise and use sunscreen.
• Ask about flying. We found no Rejuran-specific guidance on flights. Ask the doctor, and carry the clinic's aftercare sheet and contact details home.
• Get the quote in writing: product, cc, VAT, numbing and aftercare.

How can you check the Rejuran is genuine?

• See the box and syringe before injection. Check the product name and that the volume matches what you paid for.
• Use the authentication marks. PharmaResearch's program, launched in November 2023, uses the product box, a QR code and an NFC chip on the back of the blister pack (NewDaily). Ask to scan it.
• Watch for look-alikes. In October 2026, Herald Economy reported that PharmaResearch won a trademark case in Seoul against a PN product sold under a similar name (Herald Economy). "PN booster" on a menu does not mean Rejuran.
• Ask who injects, and who to contact once you are home.

What are the side effects of Rejuran, and who should avoid it?

Common: bumps, redness, swelling, bruising, pain, warmth and itching, which usually improve within a week (Doctornow, 2024). Less common: inflammation, infection and allergic reactions.

Talk to the doctor first, and expect a delay or a no, if any of these apply:

• Fish or salmon allergy. A dermatologist quoted by NBC Select described a small risk of allergic reaction in people with fish sensitivities, and the article advised people with fish allergies to avoid PDRN products.
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Active infection, an acne flare or inflammation in the treatment area.
• Autoimmune disease, cancer, a tendency to raised scars, a bleeding disorder or blood thinners. These appear as contraindications on a Polish seller's product listing for Rejuran i (listing).
• A past reaction to local anaesthetic, if you are considering HB plus.
